Children’s dental plans help to prevent teeth problems, minimising the need for fillings and treatments. They also bring peace of mind, as you know your children’s dental needs are taken care of. At ROBINSPOOL DENTAL PRACTICE, in Wokingham, Berkshire, we offer a children’s dental care scheme that also enables you to spread the cost of your family’s treatment.
By opting for our children’s dental plan, you will reduce the cost of your family’s dental care. Designed to meet the needs of younger patients, our scheme has an important philosophy. It offers all the benefits of similar private treatments, but at a much-reduced cost. Our children’s dental plans include:
Members of our children’s dental care plan are entitled to emergency care and treatment out of practice hours. While a small fee will be incurred, it is also covered by the insurance policy. The plan includes insurance cover for treatment needed for sports (and other accidental) injuries and trauma. It also covers emergencies that occur while you are away from home. It includes the following:
Existing patients enrolling before April 1 2006 are eligible to join without a preliminary examination. Should it benefit them, additional patients are invited to join the scheme following their next chargeable examination.
Take advantage of our special offer to receive quality value for money. We offer an exclusive discount of 10% to additional members of the family enrolling in the scheme.
As a reliable practice, we deliver the highest quality of care to our patients. Our Complaints Officer Sally Pearce is always available to resolve any problems you may have. Additionally, we operate a practice complains scheme.

Paying for your children’s dental care plan is easy. You may pay by a monthly standing order from your bank of building society. Simply fill out the standing order form and return it to us so that we may include a practice reference. Additionally, we ask you to inform us of when you would like the payment to begin. Each transaction will be sent from your bank on the last day of every month. Alternatively, you may wish to pay annually by:
Although we accept the above payment methods, we do not process credit card transactions by phone. The practice reserves the right to cancel a patient’s enrolment if payment is more than one month overdue.
The cost of the plan will be reviewed at the beginning of each year. You will be notified before February 1 each year of the charges which will apply from the following July 1. This clause does not apply to those enrolled in the scheme by April 1 2006.
We encourage you to enjoy the benefits by staying enrolled in the scheme throughout your time at our practice. However, we appreciate circumstances can often change. Of course, you are free to withdraw from the scheme at any time.
Withdrawal will take place one entire calendar month following your written notice (please refer to cause five of the agreement). If you pay your fees annually, we make a refund proportional to the time remaining in the 12-month period.
If you pay monthly, you will be responsible for the cancellation of your standing order.
